What is BrowserCraft Studio?

BrowserCraft Studio is a collection of premium Chrome extensions designed to enhance your browsing experience. We focus on productivity, privacy, and performance tools.

Are your extensions safe to use?

Yes! All our extensions follow Chrome's security guidelines and are regularly reviewed. We don't collect personal data or track your browsing activity.

Do extensions work on other browsers?

Currently, our extensions are only available for Google Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Opera). Firefox support may come in the future.

Billing & Subscriptions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a full refund.

Are subscriptions per-extension?

Yes, each extension has its own subscription. This lets you pay only for the tools you use. Multi-product bundles may be available in the future.

What happens if I switch to the yearly plan?

You can upgrade to yearly billing anytime and save 33%. Your remaining monthly credit will be prorated toward the yearly subscription.

Account & Support

How do I access my account?

Sign in at browsercraftstudio.com/dashboard to manage your subscriptions, view billing history, and update your profile.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address.

How can I contact support?

Email us at support@browsercraftstudio.com. Pro users receive priority support with faster response times.

Technical

Why isn't my extension working?

Try these steps: 1) Refresh the page, 2) Disable and re-enable the extension, 3) Check if you're on a restricted page (chrome:// pages don't allow extensions). If issues persist, contact support.

How do I update extensions?

Chrome updates extensions automatically. You can also go to chrome://extensions, enable Developer Mode, and click 'Update' to force an update.

Do extensions sync across devices?

Your Pro subscription syncs automatically when you sign in. Some extensions also sync settings if you enable cloud backup in their settings.
